We receive
many questions from our customers about our products and services, so we
decided to try and answer some of the more common questions and post the
information here. Of course, if you still have other questions, we
would be thrilled to answer them through email.
Most of
our items are like new. Some have been very slightly used but are
still in excellent condition. If there are any scratches or
discrepancies, it will be clearly stated in the auction description. All manuals and accessories will be included unless stated otherwise in
the auction. ALL of our electronics and computers have been
thoroughly tested by our technicians. All other items such as
clothes, linen, software, etc. are fully inspected and any discrepancies
will be noted in the listing.

Where did you get your
products, and why are you selling them?
We receive our products from several different
locations. We specialize in purchasing closeouts, over-stocked
items, store returns, and discontinued models.

What is the warranty on your electronics?
Most of our items are fairly new and could possibly be covered under
their factory warranty. We suggest that you contact the product
manufacturer and check the warranty status before bidding. We guarantee
that you will get your item delivered in working condition unless stated
otherwise in the auction description. For any extended warranty, please

Will you combine shipping charges to save me money?
In most cases we are able to do this for our customers. For
example, if you purchase a television and a few pairs of shorts we can
easily pack your shorts into the television box. However, if you
are the high bidder on a television and a DVD player, we would not
be able to fit the DVD player in with the TV, so you would have to pay
for two different shipments.

Will you end an
auction early if I pay you now?
No. Out of fairness, we do not end auctions
early for our customers. We start our auctions usually under ten
dollars and let them go the full week. By doing this, all of our
customers know that if they are the high bidder, they are guaranteed to
win.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, money orders, and
personal/company/cashiers checks.

do I pay with credit card?
Unfortunately
we do not accept direct credit card anymore. Please visit Paypal.com

» What
happens when I win your auctions?
We will email you within a few hours after the auction has ended. This email
will include all the necessary information you will need to contact us
and/or make payment.
» What
happens if I do not receive the end of auction email?
This email is nothing more than a formality. If by some chance you do
not receive your end of auction email you can simply add the shipping
charges to your bid amount and send in your payment.
» Do I
have to pay sales tax?
Only Washington State Residents need to include sales tax of 8.1%
» How
long do I have to pay for my auction?
Payment MUST be
received within 10 days of the auction ending date. Items not paid for will
be re-listed 10 days after the auction has ended.
» How
do I know when you received my payment?
We will send you an email when your item is shipped. You will not receive a confirmation of payment
until we ship your order. If you do not receive your shipping
notification within 5 working days, please contact us. Please be aware
that special instructions or combining orders will likely delay the
shipping process.
» How do
you ship items?
Most items under 1 pound are
shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All other items shipped via Fed-Ex Ground.
All books, CD's, console games and movies are shipped media mail which
usually takes longer than regular mail. Any items over 1 pound will not
ship to HI or AK without prior approval. Sorry, we do not ship
internationally.
» What
if my item is damaged?
All items are fully tested and inspected before being sold on Ebay.
If by chance you receive a damaged or non-working product, please
contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve the issue. We
guarantee 100% satisfaction.
» How
do you calculate your shipping prices?
Our shipping rates include shipping and handling charges. Please
remember, with a full crew in our shipping department, we have additional
costs besides postage. All Fed-Ex items are insured. We list all shipping
costs in the auction description.
» Can
you ship overnight or 2 day?
We will gladly upgrade your shipping for a quicker delivery if you are
willing to pay the additional fees.
